Pros

Nothing everything here is worst

Cons

I had a difficult experience working in one of the engineering teams at this organization. In my experience, the environment for new joiners lacked proper mentorship, support, and respectful communication. Workload distribution often felt uneven, with junior employees handling significant responsibilities without enough guidance from senior team members. I raised concerns regarding team culture and requested an internal team change during my tenure, but I did not feel my concerns were adequately addressed. Over time, this negatively affected both my work experience and confidence as a new employee. Later, I was placed on a Performance Improvement Plan (PIP), which I personally felt did not fully consider the challenges and lack of support I had experienced within the team environment. The company does offer exposure to fast-paced projects and opportunities to learn technical skills. However, I believe there is significant room for improvement in mentorship, employee support, communication standards, and people management practices, especially for freshers and junior engineers. I believe that the way people treat others eventually comes back to them, which is why organizations should always prioritize fairness, professionalism, and humanity in the workplace. I hope the organization works toward building a more collaborative and supportive culture for future employees.

Pros

Started here right out of college and it’s been a great learning journey. Got hands-on with new technologies, including agentic AI, and worked directly with customers on impactful projects. The company encourages using AI tools to improve productivity. If you’re open to continuous learning, you’ll thrive here.

Cons

Fast-paced environment can be overwhelming at first, but you get used to it and grow quickly.

Pros

There is no any pros

Cons

Employees are treated as tools rather than people, with a strong focus on results and little regard for employee well-being. HR and management appear to be aligned primarily with the company's interests. Compensation growth is limited, and long working hours are common. The day often starts with meetings at 8 a.m., requires office attendance from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., and continues with additional meetings until as late as 10 p.m.
