      Pros

      great people, right in down town Portland.

      Cons

      have to pay for parking, claim load is extremely high, pay is not that great compared to other companies. most of the pay incentives have been phased out. High turnover that leads to the other employees picking up the slack. they offer a great time off package but it is not possible to take time off without falling behind.

      Excellent benefits, flexible schedules, enjoyable company culture. They really seem to care about their employees.

      Remote available Management seems to care

      Cons

      Management has their hands tied and although they empathize nothing seems to change as you go up the chain. Work life balance is a joke. Expectations are through the roof.
