Management pressures employees to leave fake positive feedback to mask the high turnover and internal chaos. Leadership from Director level to Tech Leads across in EMEA and North America operates on a "Yes-Sir" basis. Professionalism is ignored in favor of ego-stroking and "buttering up" the leads. Hardworking, loyal, and high-performing employees are actively pushed out if they don't blindly follow arbitrary rules that often contradict official company policies. "Follow or Leave" Mentality: There is no room for constructive feedback or innovation. If you don't flatter the senior leadership, you are targeted for exit, regardless of how much value you bring to the company. Hiring is heavily biased toward personal relations and blood relatives. These groups form "power blocks" to rule the company, making it impossible for merit-based employees to succeed. Management gathers personal information to use as leverage for compliance. This is a dangerous environment for women and anyone who values professional boundaries.
