    I have been working at MRI Software full-time for less than a year

    Pros

    I've been at MRI for a short time only, but have experienced a warm welcome, thorough onboarding, and feel connected with my team despite all of us being remote right now. I believe in the products I sell which is really important to me as a salesperson. I have experienced good collaboration between departments thus far and feel I can share my feedback without hesitation.

    Cons

    Salary is lower than comparable roles in the area and industry.

    I worked at MRI Software full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

    They do offer nice benefits, and the building itself is very nice. They also do a good job of training new support employees on how to do the job.

    Cons

    Everything else is terrible. The stress levels, the pay , the way they treat their employees... it's all garbage.

    Pros

    There is a good team who are focused on a mission. Peers are generally nice and supportive.

    Cons

    Company is very acquisitive. As a result of so many acquisitions in such a short time, the company tends to be somewhat siloed. Very distributed teams across many offices in different locations. It is hard to all pull together sometimes when there are so many possible directions in which to go. There is also a "damn the torpedos" approach where the leadership are stuck in a certain way of doing things and will just plow ahead without regard to including input from all stakeholders or considering alternative ways of doing things. Very much a case of just fall into line and do what has been done in past and you will be OK. New thinking not always valued. Volatile industry in current economic environment.
