Stuck in the past - Vehicle Entry Clerk Manheim Employee Review

I've never met any management higher than my immediate supervisor. I couldn't even name the manager of the Auction I have worked at for nearly 2 years. It doesn't help that there is a constant rotation of employees as it's easy to get hired but you quickly realize that you are underpaid and unrecognized. The company rarely promotes from within and there are very few opportunities for growth or development.
