      - great comradery; teamwork is everywhere - great benefits (PTO, cost of medical ins, etc)

      Cons

      - high turnover - experience across auctions differ - there isn't any internal consistency; some locations you work all calendar holidays, some you don't; management varies widely - loyal employees aren't paid what they should be; they don't give any decent raises or cost of living increases

      HORRIBLE management that turns employees against each other. Unrealistic expectations that seem to change every week so the managers are never pleased, even when doing triple the amount of expected work at any other location. Get punished for doing your job the right way
