Pros
Location is close to home. Most of the MP employees are nice to work with.
Cons
Pay could be better. No vacation or sick time offered to full time employees. No work means no pay and a short check. Which makes it hard to survive sometimes since the pay is not good either. They need to move with the world’s inflation.
