Cons
No real protection from sexual harassment. I know, its 2013 and there are still idiots out there trying to cop a feel. And, not just he probably just awkwardly grazed me in a narrow stock room, I mean this dude picked up my skirt and looked up my dress while I was on a step ladder getting copier paper. I complained, but I didn't hear anything after I filled out my "grievance forms".
