Pros
A lot of possibilities in terms of recruitment, very large portfolio and profiles required. Sometime you have also the possibility to work with a great manager, but often there is a lot of micro- managing. It is a really good place where to start.
Cons
No clear career path, no possibilities to grow economically and professionally. No meritocracy, every new opportunity goes to how have larges seniority.
