      The flexibility is great. Management is very understanding about keeping the work/life balance.

      Very hard to get promotions. Not a lot of movement within the back office setting

      Set schedule. Team work environment. Great coworkers. Decent pay. Benefits.

      Cons

      12 hour shifts. Point system for absences, with or without a doctor's note you still get a point for missing.
