Pros
Working in Manpower you get so much support, there is always someone you can pick up the phone to for help you never feel alone. Also the bonus structure is really good, so if you work hard you are well rewarded.
Cons
I wish the basic salary was a bit more especially in some parts of the country where the cost of living is alot higher.
