      Amazing coworkers, imaginative and supportive leadership, a personal and caring touch, tries to help anyone seeking work, regardless of placement success.

      Cons

      Placements are limited to the county boundaries, territorial bound franchise. Branching out is a slow process, resilience and perseverance is key to success.

      Set schedule. Team work environment. Great coworkers. Decent pay. Benefits.

      Cons

      12 hour shifts. Point system for absences, with or without a doctor's note you still get a point for missing.
