      Terrible benefits and trial period, supervisors can become bothersome if you are not meeting your goals ASAP

      Set schedule. Team work environment. Great coworkers. Decent pay. Benefits.

      Cons

      12 hour shifts. Point system for absences, with or without a doctor's note you still get a point for missing.
