Pros
There is a good social club and the people are very friendly. The targets are fair, and unlike other agencies you are not likely to be fired if you don't meet your targets some months, though you do need to work hard.
Cons
There are not enough employees for the amount of work, and the senior management team seems to be almost as big as the lower tiers.
