Pros
Easy job depending on the patients and area of the hospital (University of Michigan) but the nurses, tech's and docs see you as invisible until they need something. Very little respect. Pay was $9.00/hr on regular floors and $10.00/hr on psych floors.
Cons
They fire people without giving them proper notice, resent you when you don't pick up shifts or stay over/late waiting for your relief.
