      Money was good for the type of work being carried out. Also the HR department was effective in their job roles

      Cons

      The management wasn't the nicest to people. I began work at 18 from college and it was a massive culture shock to enter a factory

      Set schedule. Team work environment. Great coworkers. Decent pay. Benefits.

      Cons

      12 hour shifts. Point system for absences, with or without a doctor's note you still get a point for missing.
