      Assignments close to home, professional, variety and choices.

      Cons

      Some of the assignments in my area are low paying. Benefits are very limited.

      Set schedule. Team work environment. Great coworkers. Decent pay. Benefits.

      Cons

      12 hour shifts. Point system for absences, with or without a doctor's note you still get a point for missing.
