Generally laid back, performance is pretty laid back and there are very little metrics. The job is easy but there is a down side to that...
Cons
The level of "skill" of the recruiters is troublesome. I had zero experience in the industry and had to teach basic skills like boolean searching... If you are not one of the "in" or "it" people you are not going anywhere in this company. Goals are never given and compensation is never explained.
