Pros
Consistent performance reviews, continuous education and training opportunities, solid mentors, and room for growth. I have an amazing staff here in the La Crosse market!
Cons
Difficult to come up with much - I can really only say that the world of work is always changing, therefore there is a lot of change in the company. I personally find that change to be challenging and rewarding, but I can see where some may view it as a "con."
