Pros
Best part is assisting others in finding employment. Not an easy process so it feels good when it happens.
Cons
Lack of communication from management, poor pay, cliques within the office; where do I begin. Even though you are asked to perform at a level superior to your current pay grade, there is no benefit from doing so.
