      Pros

      Manpower is a company that truly invests in staff through training and development. I am always being highlighted to be involved in projects and have access and encouragement to go for new roles within the business. Very open management communication. Excellent work life balance.

      I can honestly say I have none in my 6 years with the company to date.

      Set schedule. Team work environment. Great coworkers. Decent pay. Benefits.

      Cons

      12 hour shifts. Point system for absences, with or without a doctor's note you still get a point for missing.
