Pros
They were a franchise and the owners of the franchise were great people and good to their employees. Very generous when they could be, which was often.
Cons
Not a very family oriented company, at least my experience within this particular office. Was salaried so over time was a normal thing to stay after but you were not allowed to come in 1 minute late or you were written up.
