      You have the opportunity to learn a lot and get out of the job what you put in. You can move up fast if you put in the effort.

      Cons

      Upper management doesn't really listen to their employees. They pay lip service to things like having a good culture but in reality, the VP's don't care about the people on the teams they lead. They don't even know top performers names oftentimes.
