      Very little strategic guidance from senior management. Constant last-minute changes and unrealistic deadlines. Workload is heavy with little recognition or support. Limited career development opportunities, promotions unclear.

      Pros

      Free meal, great management team that genuinely cares about the employes.

      Cons

      Employee parking is a daily struggle with no real solution in sight. Traffic in/off the island is just as bad. Co-workers are hit/miss. Some care and truly want to do their part, others just there for a temporary paycheck. A lot of turnover with new faces weekly.
