Pros
Most of the people are great to work with. The majority of people are very engaged in their work and strive to do the best for their work groups, the company, producers, and customers. The benefits are good, and compensations is somewhat fair.
Cons
They let some really decent people go because they don't pay them what they are worth. Managers are forced to pay high salaries to attract good talent when hiring, but cannot pay existing employees a fair salary as they progress through their careers.
