The leadership team lack the skills to take the foundation to the next level. The foundation has been going through change which has lasted longer than it should be and has been extremely chaotic because the leadership team do not know how to manage change properly No clear career progression. Promotions are completely based on whether your manager and your manager’s manager likes you. You have to bed down a lot to the leadership in order to be promoted. If your the kind of a person who speaks up on issues that matter to the foundation’s mission, be prepared to either be fired soon or never be promoted at all. This has led to an environment of fear among employees There is so much misalignment in values. Can the foundation just review the validity of their HR. The most useless department in the organization. Most employees especially those senior just care about their personal interest and not the vulnerable people we serve
