GM level managers , very inconsistent , totally play favorites ( I should know I'm one of them) still not right. GM level managers constantly undermining dept managers authority, to the point that some long term employees do as they please and don't answer to dept level managers they just do as they please then go to GM to overturn any punishment GM allow dept manager to manage as long as it's there way however you have several different GM level managers all with different ways Company doesn't support the managers as most company's there treated by the GMs the same as a part time employee, and are dismissed just as quickly
