      you can move up in the company. you get close to the people you work with (like most places). , weekend pay is more

      Profit sharing for employees who work over 1,000 hours per year. Flexible with hours. Lots of resources to help employees learn and grow.

      Cons

      Late break policy a bit strict, but its never a problem.
