      If you are in desperate need of a job you can find one at Menards.

      Cons

      Low pay Boring repetitive work. You spend your entire shift, on your feet stocking heavy merchandise. While bossy, overbearing managers tell you to work harder. Dealing with rude customers. Have to work every other weekend and weekends are a mad house.

      A few of the people are nice to work with.

      Cons

      A store manager who talks down to employees like they're children (and apparently gets promoted for it). A store manager who acts like employees are idiots for calling him to ask questions. Raises are pathetic. Understaffed because the store manager won't allow enough labor hours to do the job, particularly on Sundays when there's a lot of freight.
