Pros
You are guaranteed overtime hours
Cons
Horrible hours, mediocre pay, mentally draining. You have to have the right personality to work here. You have to be fully prepared to be yelled at instead of reasoned with, and if you work here full time, don't expect a minute of flexibility. Was working 60 hour weeks, 14 hour shifts back to back. Would work until midnight and be expected to be back in at 6:30 am. They have a point system that works against you, and you have to sign a paper with a manager even if you are one second late on the time clock. I told them in the interview that I needed my wedding off of work, and was told it wouldn't be an issue. Three months before my wedding I verified with them that I would still be able to get those days off and was told no. HR told me I would need to call in sick in order to get it off, and the point system would have had me fired. I quit that day.
