      Profit sharing is the only pro.

      Cons

      They do not like to let you move up in the company, demand 40+ hours even when there is a shortage of meaningful work to do, lots of pointless meetings that drag on for over an hour, super unprofessional managers

      Pros

      Good pay. Most coworkers are excellent to work with.

      Cons

      Scheduling is horrible. Work til 10 pm and have to be back in at 6 am. Store management plays favorites and talks smack about non favorites and Promotes accordingly Doesnt recognize Team memebers for jobs well done. Belittling. Unprofessional.
