      Far too many hours Company is stuck in the 1980s with its expectations and management style Poor benefits Zero work life balance High stress environment Schedule not flexible at all

      Good pay. Most coworkers are excellent to work with.

      Cons

      Scheduling is horrible. Work til 10 pm and have to be back in at 6 am. Store management plays favorites and talks smack about non favorites and Promotes accordingly Doesnt recognize Team memebers for jobs well done. Belittling. Unprofessional.
