Pros
Flexible schedule for part-timers. When you have a good manager, working there can be great. I almost always worked with wonderful co-workers.
Cons
Micro-managing general office. They love to meddle at the store level. For instance: recently they issued a new rule where you cannot keep schedules at your desk because people were supposedly spending too much time looking at it. This in spite of the need to look up when someone works to see if they can cover for you. There is a long list of dumb stuff like this over the years.
