Pros
I see no pros working at Menard's.
Cons
Everything at Menard's is atrocious... you're on your feet all day, The pay is terrible (unless you're a freaking manager) they make you work all week or mon-sat so you'll only have sunday off. You also have to have freaking proof for everything. If you need to take one day off it doesn't matter if you're sick for one day, stuck in the snow, have a family emergency or whatever if you don't have proof you'll get marked no matter what.
