      Pros

      The best part of my job is the people I work with and how easy it is to advance with this company. I worked there for a few months and had opportunities that I was offered, but couldn't take because it would be too much time away from my kids.

      Cons

      Sometimes I feel like I am underpaid for the work that I do. As a Head Cashier, I only make $.25 cents more than a regular cashier, and I am in charge of all of them and helping managers with their work as well.

      Pros

      A few of the people are nice to work with.

      Cons

      A store manager who talks down to employees like they're children (and apparently gets promoted for it). A store manager who acts like employees are idiots for calling him to ask questions. Raises are pathetic. Understaffed because the store manager won't allow enough labor hours to do the job, particularly on Sundays when there's a lot of freight.
