The oppurtunities to develop skills that will be beneficial not to the corporation, but in life in general even menards is not a career for some people . What you can learn at menards through on the job training and through menards in-home training can be a very good thing for menards and it's employee's.
Cons
To make more sales , you should pay better than competive wages to make your employees happy. When you make your employees happy they will increase sales , get more done, less customer complaints. It will also make the company better.
