      Pros

      One on one contact with guests, always great knowing you are helping someone with a project not just a product.

      Cons

      Upset guests really gets to you sometimes, it's awesome working for Menards just isn't always the best having to deal with upset guests especially when your the GM.

      Pros

      Profit sharing for employees who work over 1,000 hours per year. Flexible with hours. Lots of resources to help employees learn and grow.

      Cons

      Late break policy a bit strict, but its never a problem.
