      Pros

      Very flexible with scheduling although you had to work every other weekend. Weekend pay was greater than pay during the week.

      Cons

      Hard on the feet because of concrete floor and long shifts. Managers received the benefits of the employees sales. No real discount to shop at the store.

      Pros

      Friendly place of work. Decent pay once in management. Flexible schedule. Bonuses.

      Cons

      No real incentives other than promoting into a role where you will be stretched too thin, under-appreciated and stuck with lacking leadership.
