      Good pay based on the area. Quick promotions if willing to move. Nice bonuses based on performance. Fun work environment.

      Cons

      Getting time off is difficult. The work schedule as with any retail job is a lot of nights and weekends.

      Friendly place of work. Decent pay once in management. Flexible schedule. Bonuses.
