      $3/hr bonus on weekends Learn something new about different products every day Always have something to do. Times goes by quickly.

      Cons

      There's a lot to learn if you don't come from a hardware background Management likes to cross-train you in multiple departments for no extra pay. They can pull you from your department and make you cashier all day. Managers schedule as few people as possible to meet payroll.

      Profit sharing for employees who work over 1,000 hours per year. Flexible with hours. Lots of resources to help employees learn and grow.

      Cons

      Late break policy a bit strict, but its never a problem.
