Pros
Of course, reviews are store-dependent. At my store, management have done absolutely everything they can to look out for me. They take me and my concerns seriously, care for me as needed in the heat of customers, and do their best to be friendly and helpful. Staff is reasonable, if not kind and welcoming.
Cons
You're expected to purchase work apparel, even if it bears the company logo. Part timers can have their hours eroded. Certain locations have unsafe practices due to outdated technology and a lack of attention to detail. Many employees do lazy jobs and are hardly disciplined, including managers.
