      If you are willing to work every other weekend and move up in the company you have a great chance to make money.

      Cons

      Leadership at the corporate level runs off of fear and intimidation. Old school approach that will wear you down.

      Good pay. Most coworkers are excellent to work with.

      Cons

      Scheduling is horrible. Work til 10 pm and have to be back in at 6 am. Store management plays favorites and talks smack about non favorites and Promotes accordingly Doesnt recognize Team memebers for jobs well done. Belittling. Unprofessional.
