      Pros

      A lot of great people, who support each other. Interesting variety of work. Completely flexible home working contracts - can work in office whenever you want, or not at all. Generous DC pension employer contribution.

      Cons

      Below inflation pay rises are the norm. Adequate project resourcing (quantity and quality) can be an issue - but this is common in the industry. Unrealistic project budgets.

      -Trustworthy immediate colleagues -Good work/life balance and flexibility

      Cons

      -Little career pathing within company. Organization is extremely siloed, and cheap as they simply aren't interested in paying for small things to advance one's career like local industry conferences and events such as team holiday dinners that would have minimal impact on the company's bottom line. -Pay not aligned with skills or talent marketplace -One would think a benefits/career consultant would have decent pay and benefits. This is not the case
