      Lots of interesting work globally, nice people, complex projects and exposure to interesting sectors

      Cons

      Non competitive pay, limited opportunities for promotion given flat structure and large jump between SA and Principal roles. Most people are nice, however a small number of toxic leaders and back stabbing had a lasting effect on culture and undermined the positive experiences

      -Trustworthy immediate colleagues -Good work/life balance and flexibility

      Cons

      -Little career pathing within company. Organization is extremely siloed, and cheap as they simply aren't interested in paying for small things to advance one's career like local industry conferences and events such as team holiday dinners that would have minimal impact on the company's bottom line. -Pay not aligned with skills or talent marketplace -One would think a benefits/career consultant would have decent pay and benefits. This is not the case
