Pros
Large multinational company with a lot of opportunities to develop. Friendly atmosphere to work in.
Cons
Sometimes feel as if you are not sufficiently rewarded for you efforts. Rewards packages geared more towards more those at higher levels, particularly in respect of bonuses (bonuses for those with <5 years experience are virtually non-existant). Some recent restucturing excerices leave you with the feeling your job is never safe, regardless of how well you or your unit is doing. Have seen some poor units closed, as well as some excellent ones.
