Poor senior management, the majority don’t actually have any insurance experiance. Poor pay and pay rise. Easily burnout colleagues. High turnover. High workloads.

Business Outlook
Pros
The leadership, communication, early career growth, and environment is very positive.
-Trustworthy immediate colleagues
-Good work/life balance and flexibility
Cons
-Little career pathing within company. Organization is extremely siloed, and cheap as they simply aren't interested in paying for small things to advance one's career like local industry conferences and events such as team holiday dinners that would have minimal impact on the company's bottom line.
-Pay not aligned with skills or talent marketplace
-One would think a benefits/career consultant would have decent pay and benefits. This is not the case
