Pros
This office has wonderful people and a great learning experience. A place to start, but not to stay long term. The only real perk offered by the company is the amount of PTO.
Cons
The pay is not great and don't expect to get a raise. The cost of benefits is pretty high for an insurance company. Don't expect to get a raise. Negotiate your salary from the get-go because that is basically the salary you will keep during your time of employment regardless of how hard your work, and how valuable you are to your team.
