      provided training for life and health insurance licensing, good benefits

      Cons

      changed rate of pay and title without notice to employee. Payroll wasn't willing to discuss rate of pay changed any further with employee, seemed unfriendly, was a call center environment, stressful hiring process, jumped through numerous hoops, was a number to the higher ups. Was told it is family and friendly orientated company, wasn't like that at all.

      -Trustworthy immediate colleagues -Good work/life balance and flexibility

      Cons

      -Little career pathing within company. Organization is extremely siloed, and cheap as they simply aren't interested in paying for small things to advance one's career like local industry conferences and events such as team holiday dinners that would have minimal impact on the company's bottom line. -Pay not aligned with skills or talent marketplace -One would think a benefits/career consultant would have decent pay and benefits. This is not the case
