Pros

Flexible hours for those with children, it can sometimes be a fun environment, training for the call center is good

Cons

It doesn't really matter how hard you work, it depends on who you know and if your manager likes you, internal candidates for advancement receive much lower salaries for external candidates, you are literally overworked and underpaid.

Pros

-Trustworthy immediate colleagues -Good work/life balance and flexibility

Cons

-Little career pathing within company. Organization is extremely siloed, and cheap as they simply aren't interested in paying for small things to advance one's career like local industry conferences and events such as team holiday dinners that would have minimal impact on the company's bottom line. -Pay not aligned with skills or talent marketplace -One would think a benefits/career consultant would have decent pay and benefits. This is not the case
