      Pros

      It's like a government job, you have to work according yourself no one will interrupt you but you must have to complete your work within deadline. If you not able to complete, inform to your manager and onshore partner in advance.

      Cons

      Company does not allow to take half day, however if you work at least 6hours they will mark it full day (it's up to on your manager)

      -Trustworthy immediate colleagues -Good work/life balance and flexibility

      Cons

      -Little career pathing within company. Organization is extremely siloed, and cheap as they simply aren't interested in paying for small things to advance one's career like local industry conferences and events such as team holiday dinners that would have minimal impact on the company's bottom line. -Pay not aligned with skills or talent marketplace -One would think a benefits/career consultant would have decent pay and benefits. This is not the case
